THE PROBLEM WE'RE TESTING
Scattered by default.
The potential is not missing. The connective tissue is.
Dispersion. In disconnected places, people and initiatives are working toward compatible futures: new governance models, regenerative economies, distributed networks, sovereign technologies, territories reclaiming their own value. Many never find each other. Effort is duplicated, hard-won knowledge stays inside documents and small circles, and initiatives with compatible purposes compete for scarce resources instead of discovering what they could sustain together.
Capital may not see it either. Our first hypothesis is that allocators lack the visibility to route resources where they would act best — and, once resources have moved, to see what changed or whether separate efforts strengthened each other or simply ran in parallel.
The pattern repeats across scales. A person can struggle to find what they already know. People can lose context when they try to pool it. An organization accountable for an ecosystem can hold knowledge across people, documents, and tools and still lack a reliable shared view. The architecture changes with scale; the coordination question remains.
And AI raises the stakes. A model working over ungoverned text can infer relationships and results nobody asserted, verified, or consented to. An absent connection may mean unrecorded, not nonexistent. AI synthesis is only as trustworthy as the ground it stands on.
OUR CONVICTION
The same questions, urgencies, and visions can appear in scattered nodes among people who have never met.
We name this as ours rather than as fact. We cannot prove a field. We can build the infrastructure that lets convergence become visible — and then find out.
WHAT WOULD COUNT AGAINST IT
A context already coordinating well, sufficient capital visibility, or a breakdown better explained by something else. We test it with a baseline before calling the problem proven.

Each trust domain is a defined context in which people, information, permissions, and decision authority are governed together, with its own canonical sovereign knowledge layer. Domains connect through explicit bridges with defined terms, never by default. Each domain governs what enters, what may be used, and what can leave.

The governed boundary through which knowledge enters a domain, becomes usable, and leaves it. It preserves provenance on every claim, applies consent scope, and keeps clear what was asserted, inferred, or remains unrecorded. Coordination functions only see what the domain permits.
